What is this?

As a client or user of FeedbackFair, you may share information with us, and this document outlines what information we collect and how we use it.

In Brief ...

We will:

  • Do our best to protect any information you give us, including usage of best-practices in data storage.
  • Delete all personally idenfitiable information we have about you, if you ask us to.

We will not:

  • Give your information to any third parties.
  • Contact you, except in relation to feedback requested or given, and only where you have placed an order with a client of FeedbackFair.
  • Access your personal information, unless required to do so by law, or to help resolve an issue you personally are having with the site.

Contact Options

In the normal course of operation, if you have placed an order with a client of FeedbackFair, we may contact you several times to ask for feedback. This contact will normally consist of the following emails, for each order (and no more, except if a dispute arises):

  • An introduction email.
  • A feedback request email.
  • A feedback reminder email (a maximum of three will be sent).
  • A thankyou email once feedback is left.

Every email includes a link you can click if you want to opt out of future feedback emails from a shop.

Third Parties

We will not release any of your personal information to a third party, unless required to by law.

Cookies

If you are a client of FeedbackFair, we use cookies so we know when you are logged in. You can delete cookies from this site at any time (although you'll need to log in again if you do).

If you are a customer, no cookies are used by FeedbackFair. We use Google Analytics for our site usage tracking, and Google may set tracking cookies (subject to their own privacy policy).

Tracking

We monitor site usage statistics, including browsers, operating systems, countries and activity of users. This information is not personally identifiable, and is used to help us ensure the site is secure and works well for everyone.
